Founder and Principal

Khatereh Baharikhoob is an urban designer, registered professional planner, and landscape architect with over 15 years of experience shaping bold, people-centered environments through urban design, planning, landscape architecture, and engagement. Her work spans campus plans, waterfront master plans, mixed-use development visioning, downtown regeneration studies, public realm strategies, and emerging urban districts, with a focus on design excellence, climate resilience, and social impact.

An IAP2-certified practitioner, Khatereh integrates engagement throughout the design process to create inclusive, context-driven environments rooted in collaboration and strategic storytelling. She is also an active contributor to the design community as a jury member, invited critic, and guest lecturer, and currently serves on the City of Markham Design Review Panel.
